1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradeJournal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TradeJournal is an AI-powered trading journal that helps traders analyze their performance and behavioral patterns. The service includes trade importing, performance analytics, and AI-generated insights.

3. Not Financial Advice

TradeJournal does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. AI-generated insights are for educational and informational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
  • One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious content or attempt injection attacks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts remain free indefinitely. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion enters a 30-day grace period where you can reactivate. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeJournal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
